Machine profiled logs are smooth and rounded in shape, which allows achieving tight connection. The logs will sit perfectly on top of each other and we can avoid gaps between them thanks to this manufacturing process.

Our standard logs we produce are 200 mm. in diameter however we are also able to produce 230 mm. In addition to that, all log cabins will take around 2 years to settle. The settling should not exceed 2 – 4 mm per log by European standards.

Square log technology
We are able to manufacture square logs from glue laminated or standard kiln dried timber. All timber we use for producing square log cabins is kiln dried and maximum moisture does not exeed 18%. For the square log production we use Austrian made AUER BL 100A CNC controlled 4 way notching machine.
