Standard model is made in post and beam construction. Walls are insulated with 200 mm wool. Timber cladding is used for facade as well as internal walls are T&G boarded.Standard kit includes: insulated (100 mm) floor and 28 mm. floorboards/decking, double glazed wooden windows and doors, insulated (250 mm) roof with bitumen shingle cover, trimmings etc.
Its possible to build it on blocks, pillars or any type of foundation. However concrete slab is recommended.
Facade boards and internal finishing on walls can be changed according to your need.
